Nothing worthwhile in my day happens until after I’ve had my coffee. My husband and two boys know that Momma doesn’t listen, speak or do anything until after at least two cups. Then and only then can I get to the business of running our home, being a wife to my husband (I call him Super Rock Star), being a Momma to my teenage boys–who now tower over me and know everything (just ask them), working on home improvement projects (truly endless), going for hikes and runs in the woods (I’m not going to win any speed records), trying new recipes, watching movies and tv series (a favorite family event), reading as many books as I can, writing books (Barney the Beagle–coming soon!) and working on my endless list of things that need done, organized, purged, and thought about.
