Delicious Fried Chicken
- 1-2 lbs chicken pieces (I use legs)
- 2 Cups oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- Season Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 450
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces
- Heat the oil in a large skillet pan
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a medium bowl
- Place flour in a separate larger bowl
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture one piece at a time and then transfer to the flour
- Roll the pieces in the flour coating them thoroughly.
- Place flour coated chicken pieces in hot oil one at a time and allow to fry or 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Transfer each piece to paper towels to drain.
- Sprinkle each side of the chicken with season salt
- Place chicken on a baking pan
- 'Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
