Recipe--Eggroll in a Bowl

- 2 pounds thawed ground meat
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 large head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Brown the meat in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Turn up heat to medium high and add the chopped onions and sesame oil, and lightly brown the onions.
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce and add to the skillet, then immediately add the cabbage and stir well.
- Cook for several more minutes until the cabbage is tender and wilted, stirring often.
- Turn off the heat, and add the green onions and salt and black pepper to taste.
