Recipe--Chicken Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Season Salt to taste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Canola Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet to medium high.
  2. Slice the Chicken Breasts in half and add salt and pepper to each side.
  3. Mix Eggs and Milk in a small bowl.
  4. Place Flour in a larger bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture and then coat with flour.
  6. Place chicken pieces in hot skillet and cook for about 5 minutes (lower heat if necessary)
  7. Flip over and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes.
  8. Remove chicken pieces from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  9. Sprinkle both sides with season salt.
