Recipe--Trim Healthy Mama Super Food Chews

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Collagen
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. Stevia blend sweetener (I use Pyure)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil (or 4 tsp MCT oil)
  • 2-3 Tbsp cold water
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Add oil and mix well
  3. Add Water--1/2 Tbsp at a time mixing well after each. (don't add too much--just until dough clings together)
  4. Hand mix into a ball
  5. Break off 1" size pieces and roll into little balls and place in storage container
  6. Keep refrigerated
