Ingredients
  

  • 1 package yeast
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 7 Tbs cold water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put yeast in a large bowl
  • Add sugar and hot water and mix well
  • Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes or until frothy
  • Add flour and mix well
  • Add cold water one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly until dough forms together.
  • Kneed dough and form into a ball
  • Spray a baking pan with non stick spray
  • Hand press ball of dough into an approximately 8" square
  • Spread oil over entire surface
  • Sprinkle salt and paremsan cheese over entire surface
  • Bake at 424 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Cut into 1/8ths and then in half
