Method
- Put yeast in a large bowl
- Add sugar and hot water and mix well
- Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes or until frothy
- Add flour and mix well
- Add cold water one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly until dough forms together.
- Kneed dough and form into a ball
- Spray a baking pan with non stick spray
- Hand press ball of dough into an approximately 8" square
- Spread oil over entire surface
- Sprinkle salt and paremsan cheese over entire surface
- Bake at 424 degrees for 10 minutes
- Cut into 1/8ths and then in half
