Ingredients
  

  • 1 package yeast
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 7 Tbs cold water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Put yeast in a large bowl
  2. Add sugar and hot water and mix well
  3. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes or until frothy
  4. Add flour and mix well
  5. Add cold water one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly until dough forms together.
  6. Kneed dough and form into a ball
  7. Spray a baking pan with non stick spray
  8. Hand press ball of dough into an approximately 8" square
  9. Spread oil over entire surface
  10. Sprinkle salt and paremsan cheese over entire surface
  11. Bake at 424 degrees for 10 minutes
  12. Cut into 1/8ths and then in half
