Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups finely chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avodaco mashed up
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream (and some to serve on the side)
  • 1 Tbsp salsa (and some to serve on the side)
  • Julio's seasoning to taste (or your favorite taco seasoning)
  • 4-5 Hard taco shells
  • 4-5 Flour tortilla's

Method
 

  1. Cook and crumble ground beef.
  2. Drain grease and season with Julio's (or your favorite taco seasoning) and place in a small bowl.
  3. Heat up refried beans in a small sauce pan. Place in a small bowl when ready to serve.
  4. Chopped up lettuce and place in a small bowl.
  5. To make the Pico--Chop up tomatoes, onion and cilantro and mix together and place in a small bowl.
  6. To make the Guacamole--Mash up Avocado
  7. Add Sour cream, salsa and Julio's seasoning (or your favorite taco seasoning) to taste.
  8. Mix well and place in a small bowl.
  9. Place shredded cheese in a small bowl.
  10. Heat up both hard taco shells and flour tortillas and place on a warmed plate.
  11. To assemble Tacos. Place a layer of refried beans on the bottom of the taco shell (or tortilla), top with the meat, cheese, lettuce, Pico, Guacamole, Sour cream and salsa.
