Ingredients
  

  • 1 Recipe Meat Sauce
  • 10-12 Cooked Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 Packages Mozzarella Cheese slices
  • 3 cups Small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and parmesan cheese.
  2. Grease a 9 X 13 baking pan
  3. Layer 1/2 Lasagna noodles in bottom of pan.
  4. Spread 1/2 Cottage cheese mixture on top of noodles.
  5. Layer 1/2 cheese slices on top of cottage cheese mixture.
  6. Spread 1/2 meat sauce on top of cheese slices.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
