Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Minute Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Butter
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Instructions
 

  • Follow the instructions on making the rice and set aside
  • Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet or wok over medium/high heat.
  • Scramble  the eggs in the butter.
  • Add a few shakes of soy sauce and more butter to the skillet.
  • Add the rice to the skillet mixing it in with the eggs.
  • Add soy sauce to taste.
  • Cook stirring constantly for a couple more minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
