Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Minute Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Butter
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Method
 

  1. Follow the instructions on making the rice and set aside
  2. Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet or wok over medium/high heat.
  3. Scramble  the eggs in the butter.
  4. Add a few shakes of soy sauce and more butter to the skillet.
  5. Add the rice to the skillet mixing it in with the eggs.
  6. Add soy sauce to taste.
  7. Cook stirring constantly for a couple more minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
