Method
- Follow the instructions on making the rice and set aside
- Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet or wok over medium/high heat.
- Scramble the eggs in the butter.
- Add a few shakes of soy sauce and more butter to the skillet.
- Add the rice to the skillet mixing it in with the eggs.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Cook stirring constantly for a couple more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
