Pioneer Woman's Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 8-12 Slices Thick-Cut Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture on both sides of the chicken. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, without overlapping. Place on a rimmed baking sheet, tucking the loose ends of the bacon under the chicken.
  3. Bake on the lower oven rack until the chicken and bacon are cooked through, about 25 minutes. Switch the oven to broil. Brush the chicken and bacon with the maple syrup. Broil on the upper rack until the bacon is crispy. 2 to 3 minutes.
