Method
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Place meat in a ziplock bag and add about half the mixture and shake it up.
- Refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours or more.
- Assemble vegetable skewers using whatever vegetables you want (squash, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc)
- Assemble meat skewer after 2 hours of marinating.
- Brush vegetable skewers with remaining marinade.
- Grill until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Brush on more marinade if needed.
