Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Place meat in a ziplock bag and add about half the mixture and shake it up.
  3. Refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours or more.
  4. Assemble vegetable skewers using whatever vegetables you want (squash, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc)
  5. Assemble meat skewer after 2 hours of marinating.
  6. Brush vegetable skewers with remaining marinade.
  7. Grill until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Brush on more marinade if needed.
